Dates: 12 to14 June 2007

Venue: The hotel for the workshop is the Sofietel Hotel (Roosevelt tér 2, 1051 Budapest, Hungary) with a river front location on the Pest side.

Registration Fees: EUR 1000 per delegate; reduced fees for sponsored delegates. Accompanying spouse/companion fee: EUR 60. Accompanying spouses who are registered are invited to participate in the social events.

Exhibition: EUR 600 per table (2m x 2m) for duration of workshop (3 days).

Sponsorship Opportunities: A range of possibilities, i.e. general sponsorship, specific sponsorship for specific events or services (coffee, lunch, dinner, reception, printing, etc.)

Workshop Schedule (subject to change): 12 June 08:30 registration; 09:00—12:00 presentations, usually 20 minutes each with Q & A period; 12:00 13:30 – lunch; 13:30—17:00 presentations continue. 13 June 09:00—12_00 presentations continue; 12:00 to 13:30 lunch; 13:30—17:00 breakout group discussions. 14 June 09:00—12:00 breakout group discussions and preparation of group presentations; 12:00—13:00 lunch; 13:30—16:00 plenary session, group presentations, conclusions and closing.

Working groups will discuss the topics assigned and come back to the plenary session with a report on the group discussions and recommendations. Participation in the working groups is a very important part of the workshop; therefore, each delegate will be asked to sign up for and participate in a working group. The presentations given in the first one-and-a-half days before the working groups are intended to give information on technology, doctrines, solutions on specific issues, and other background information for discussion in the working groups.

Social Activities and Tours for Delegates and accompanying spouses:
Reception – evening of 12 June.
Social event – evening of 14 June.

Dress Code:
Daytime events with exception of first day of Workshop: presentation and working group sessions, informal dress. No coat and tie. Casual clothing. Shirt with collar preferred.

Opening Day, dinners and evening events: Semi formal attire. Coat and tie for men. Dress or other appropriate business attire for women. Sport coats or business suits are both acceptable.
